~mlindseys: Had to wait on hold for ** to get a customer service agent, turns out didn't process my refund so had to call back and wait another hour to get someone on the phone. BEWARE of this company, had the service for * months and every month they charge for services I did not authorize. Although they always refunded my money it was not worth it because takes forever to get an agent on the phone to authorize refunds.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FreedomPop. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FreedomPop problem?
~mlindseys: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mlindseys: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mlindseys: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FreedomPop customers?
~mlindseys: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomPop to know who you are.
