GetHuman-432238: Doug at the appliance customer service center was almost rude. I tried to explain that I purchased a stacked washer*dry from GE on the web (Order **********). He told me GE doesn't sell appliances on the website other than current and retired employees of GE. He spoke to me as though I were mentally defective. I know what I did.*I life at Panorama City in Lacey, WA and they have a contract with GE and that's all I can purchase, a GE. This morning Sears delivered a Kenmore. That's not what I paid for. (*-**-**, I think). I'm trying to correct the delivery error. Sears said they'd give me a discount if I kept the Kenmore. How can they do that when I paid GE? I'm so frustrated. I found the unit on your website and when I went back to look for a model number, It was gone. Help!
