~gloorya: Representative was contentious. I explained my refrigerator was not cooling and had * service calls. He would not give me the number of customer relations. Told me to write them a letter. Gave writing address but no email or phone. Very rude. Told me to wait until my refrigerator had another call before I write customer relations. I searched Internet for customer relations phone number and found it on GetHuman. Finally got help from them. Turns out there is a Service Bulletin on my refrigerator and their Technicians kept replacing the wrong part. Poor Communications at GE!
