~marisa: the person on the other line did not know what to do. put me on hold * times. then transfer for me to a supervisor. The supervisor name is Cindy she even put me on hold twice. The first girl named Jen was new. I could of just returned the product to the store and received my money back. I figured gerber would stand behind there product.She said for me to send a few in and they will be sent to the lab . What I do not like about the product does not matter.
