GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Gmail customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~bajensen38: I just created a gmail acount. My address was *****@***.com. I then sent myself an e-mail from another computer to my new email address with gmail. Then I attempted to open up to see that my message went through. So far I have had only frustration. Initially I got into my account. Sure enough, my message was there, with * more messages from the gmail organization. It was not accessible. Finally I found a place that permitted me to send a message for help with my problem. My response was that I could sign up for information from you for "only" $**.**. Please let me know if I have done something wrong or whether I should try to get an email account with someone other than gmail.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Gmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Gmail problem?
~bajensen38: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bajensen38: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Gmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bajensen38: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Gmail customers?
~bajensen38: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Gmail to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~bajensen38 taken from his Gmail customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
