~Lessie Coleman: Called the listed number and got a busy signal. Google provided a phone number that said * days ** hour assistance. It was the same number on the back of my Goodman manual. The response was to call back during regular business hours Monday -Friday. Guess getting information about the product is a bad as the product and service of the product once you buy it. Think twice before you buy. *Purchased my unit in Feb. **** and Oct. **** had to have the circuit board replaced and now the LED automatic lockout shuts down the unit continuously and no service person for Goodman has yet been able to resolve the problem. Would never purchase this product again.**Lessie Coleman
