~Nancy Brewer: When we purchased the central heat and air in November ****, we were promised by the salesman who came ** yr warranty on the compressor and ** yr warranty on all parts. Today is ********** and we just learned our compressor is bad. When we contacted Goodman, we were told our warranty was for only * yrs on compressor and parts. I am very upset that Goodman will not stand behind the warranty promised and will tell the world NOT to purchase a Goodman.
