~Dudewasrude: I had an awful call with an agent named Anthony. He called me a liar when I couldn't find a book I had purchased with Google. He couldn't find the transaction and denied it was purchased. I got the charge from my bank and called back asking for a supervisor. Got Anthony again where he argued with me, talked over me, and finally hung up on me. I never yelled at him, cussed, called him names, nothing, just asked for a supervisor. He was the rudest person I have ever spoken to and hung up on me!! I called back and reported him to a supervisor, he should be fired!

~Dudewasrude: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dudewasrude: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google Play's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dudewasrude: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google Play customers?
~Dudewasrude: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google Play to know who you are.
