GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Greyhound customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Helen Lizano : This is by far the worst experience I've had from any company. My problem was not resolved and nothing was offered to me as far as a solution went. I'm extremely disappointed in the amount of money I spent on this trip to get the type of service from both your customer service representatives to the driver of the bus. I will not be recommending this company for travel to anyone that I know in addition to making a large complaint to the owner.

~Helen Lizano : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Helen Lizano : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Helen Lizano : For that I would say one out of five.

~Helen Lizano : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
