~Kay Brinkman: There was a lot of background noise so it was difficult for the agent to hear me. There was also a lag time for her response, but she took care of my problem (they had several calls about the same issue). I was happy.

~Kay Brinkman: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kay Brinkman: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kay Brinkman: For that I would say two out of five.
