GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-101143: As a customer, you should be able to get ahold of a business easily. They should care about the quality of the service you receive. Groupon does not. I have waited four days to receive an email back, and I have called multiple times only to wait **-** minutes before I give up. I am disgusted with Groupon completely, and when I finally get ahold of them I will not only make sure I receive a complete refund on my purchase, but the representative will delete my account as well. This is the last time I purchase anything on Groupon. Very disappointed.
