GetHuman-21200: Horriblle Company. Been working on problem for months. Had tax return **** and **** done by FIVE FIVE DIFFERENT PREPARERS, ORIGINAL THEN AMENDED. Escalation (dept determines eligibllity for refund on cost of preparing returns (wrong) and penalties and interest from IRS. H and R said it is my problem with IRS.

GetHuman-21200: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-21200: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-21200: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
