~Christi830: I called hr block to answer a few questions i had i was on hold for a total time of ** minutes ...i was on hold then got upset and called back and hung up and called back...i never spoke to anyone and the last time i file my taxes with them too....****

~Christi830: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Christi830: For that I would say four out of five.
