~serviciolegal1: I ordered a simple mobile card and H** came on the mail. I did not complain because it was worthless.*The problems started as soon as I paid h*wirelessnow.com the monthly service.*Internet never worked. I tried for * days with the chat representatives and they simply don't know what they are doing.*I called the third day and asked a refund. They said they were going to refund my $ in * business days. No refund and no call from them one week later.*I called again.. after ONE hour with customer service (laura and milton) they said THEY DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS. I'm starting a formal complain against this company now.*If you only use telephones to make calls.. I don't see a problem (that is the one star)*But if you are going to use internet.. STAY AWAY.. they will simply steal your money.*If a lawyer is interested in a class action.. I'm ready to go for it. Companies like this should disappear!
