~None given: Yes. It was afternoon, on November 17th.

~None given: Exelent support. American on the other side. Above and behind service. Long story short, HTC One m* was replaced due to bad camera. Even with fact that I had rooted, unlocked the boot loader, s-off the security, and the had run out. I ended up getting the handset replaced with a friendly reminder not to do all that to the phone again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HTC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HTC problem?
~None given: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about HTC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
