~ Hertz HATES Service Dogs : The counter agent tried to add a charge of $*** to my credit card because of dog hair to the car mats in back from my Service Dog. I had just brought the car back from being cleaned. I am disabled and was required to reclean the mats or be charged. I handed the agent a copy of the ADA law and she said she didn't care. Hertz you will when you get the DOJ complaint for discrimination. Train your people in ADA laws and how to treat people respectfully!!!!
