I called and after explaining the situation, it took 30 minutes to simply tell me that someone else would need to call me. Do not buy from HP Business, you will be sorry!!!!!! I have paid my IT guy to replace all of the parts on this computer more than a new one from a different company would cost, very poor customer service!!!!
