~30 year subscriber: Friday, I called * times to have paper replaced. Each time your rep said I would get a paper. One of your reps even called to ssk i I got my paper and when I said no he assured me I would. This is not the first time I was assured a paper and did not get one. I called today and they said no problem I would get a credit. There is a problem, I called my distributer Terry Williams on another occasion and his statement was, " I wish they had never given me this route. I hate it." So why not get rid of him. Whe we had Mike there was no problem. As you charge more for your paper, the service gets worse. I asked the man Italked to this morning who was the highest man up I could talk to and he said he had no idea. Are your people that stupid? Don't answer that, I already know the answer.
