GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Houston Chronicle customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-165249: I called in August to cancel my paper and was assured that it was canceled. They keep calling me about my subscription and getting payment (I should say they did actually cancel my paper - it hasn't shown up since August). So I called this number, was told my account is still showing "active", and that I would have to be transferred to a Level * rep. As soon as she transferred me, the line went dead. I called back, told the guy what happened and that he just needed to transfer me to a Level * rep, he put me on hold, and immediately the line went dead again! What is wrong with these people?! The Houston Chron is severely lacking in technical capabilities.
