~W: despite doing everything we were requested, they fail to deliver executed contract and it is impossible to either reach some one capable of making a decision or taking action. The inefficiency of this process costs the sellers money which is ironic as I am sure it was outsourced with the idea that it would save money. smart people making dumb decisions.......
