~Finally Resolution: Although I had to do * months MAJOR research and tracking down of the right people to resolve my issue, I finally spoke with Gilbert and Roger who were tremendous in closing my case. Also want thank James Clark in receiving for directing me to the right people and also William Smouse for authorizing the refund we were advocating for. I fault the front-line customer care representatives for this difficult process in that they did not give us the full information on how to receive the refund. Glad it's over.

~Finally Resolution: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Finally Resolution: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Finally Resolution: For that I would say five out of five.
