GetHuman-322755: Second call today that I tried to explain that I have no phone service. They will only speak to my husband because he is the account holder. He can't call from work. All I want to report is that there is no dial tone. Btw, my phone number seems to have disappeared from there system! ** min for each phone call that went nowhere.
