~eliot: Plus side: almost no waiting time.**Minus side: impossible to speak to a human being at this number. You do have the option, when choosing credit card issues, to leave a message, which I did.**They otherwise refer you to "Customer Happiness" the very email outfit that neither reads emails nor addresses the simple question asked -- in the case of my campaign, why *% more than stated amount was deducted from a campaign that concluded, successfully, a month ago. Very frustrating cul de sac. Appears we may have to pursue it through California attorney general or Ca. better business bureau.

~eliot: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~eliot: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Indiegogo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~eliot: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Indiegogo customers?
~eliot: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Indiegogo to know who you are.
