Had a cancelled flight due to weather. Same thing happened last year and I could change my flight on line. They don't let you do it any more and what is worse the line kept disconnecting me for the first 2 hours and when I finally got through to request a refund, it took over 40 minutes to get a live person. This airline used to be great. Now not so much.
