~Another JH victim: The lady from the Philippines did not understand anything and had a very heavy accent. I was calling as the executor of my deceased fathers estate to settle his life insurance claim. After giving her the policy number, his name and my name including the "Jr" at the end of my name she said, "How are you related to the deceased?" I asked to speak with someone in America and she put me back on hold for another ** minutes and counting... while she connects me to a supervisor. So she claims.
