~disappointed in waiting time: Called to let the appointment desks we would be late do to a traffic stand still. By the time we got the message to the right people we were going in to the building for said appt. The waiting period on the phone is far to long .This is the third time I was on hold ** or more minutes. Also was on hold for checking if I could get a med reordered after being on hold for about ten minutes I got disconnected!
