~beto: Send my wife to get chicken from kfc she call me upset because she was there waiting over **minutes for the chicken that we never gotten because she was told it was going to be more Time. she was mad the worse thing your manager never knowledge my wife she send a worker .when my wife came home she call the kfc in east Lancaster ca and talk to veronica the manager my wife ask het for a phone * of a higher manager to let them kno about this place were the manager does not care about the costumers what a service this manager needs to be retrained or let go were is costumer service at.won't return ever again
