GetHuman-12980: i have been on the phone all day waiting for a call or somone to answer a phone. to no availability im thinkn about cancelling my account im on the phone now waiting to hear from someone i need a sheet or paper or somthing faxed to me or emailed at *****@***.com i need information on my services and i have paid two payments already.
