“It's been a month, and I have not yet received a duplicate of the invoice I asked for last month. When I called to tell them that, the guy gave me attitude. He refused to FAX or EMAIL it to me. Speaking of email, today Aug 10, I finally received a response to my June 29 email from someone named Ms. Porter. She was very nice in the email, but what took so long? You can reach them at CCENTER@ladwp.com, but it will take over a month.”
