~Trooper: The only option was to leave a voicemail message. I want to speak to a real person.*Lumosity is dreadful, and their training is a waste of money.

~Trooper: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Trooper: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Trooper: For that I would say two out of five.
