A Mail.com customer review by GetHuman user ~Bri from November 26th, 2017

Background on ~Bri's case

GetHuman: ~Bri - can you tell our other Mail.com customers when your case took place?
~Bri: Yup. It was middle of the night, on November 20th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Mail.com, and if so, how?
~Bri: I used the 855-269-2217 number I found for on the GetHuman Mail.com customer phone number page I was on: Mail.com Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Mail.com customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~Bri a list of common Mail.com problems)
~Bri: "Complaint" was why I was trying to call.

~Bri's review of Mail.com customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mail.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bri: Called because I had been unable to sign up for an account after at least ** attempts for the last few weeks. Kept geting error "Your registration could not be processed at the moment. Please try again later" I tried several different browsers and ip addresses but never had success. Apparently this number is only for existing premium accounts. I told him that I wanted a premium account but he couldn't help me unless I already had an account set up. Apparently the only way to get help with setting up the free account (which you need to do before getting the premium account) is via email which I get no response.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Mail.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Mail.com problem?
~Bri: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bri: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mail.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bri: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Mail.com customers?
~Bri: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Mail.com to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Bri taken from his Mail.com customer service problem that occurred on November 20th, 2017.
