~gfvnra4life: My first online experience, I could not understand anything the rep was saying, must have been from another country. My question was simple, what product was the best for my needs, I think he was asking for my phone number and email, so I just told him that I would contact some friends using the products and read more online. I spoke to Robert I think ??. I have used Norton for years, but now you have to buy each product that you want instead of one package as you have, to cover everything. I used your ** day trial first and was completely satisfied with your product, it overoad Norton evertime and was minutes ahead of solving my problems evertime. So I will uninstall Norton after I make my purchase from you today *******, thanks for having a great product and good service with the exception of understanding the rep.
