~Insurancelady: As an employee of healthcare facility that is **% geriatric... This has got to be the worst and most complicated automated system on a daily basis to deal with... I cringe at the thought of having to call to verify anything.. and if you don't understand the coverage and benefits DO NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE, they will ask you did you not get it when it played it automated for you " IF I DID I WOULDNT HAVE WANTED TO SPEAK TO YOOOOOOU" that was after I called * times and typed in the NPI, PT SSI, DOB, first and last name... then when given the option to speak to a customer representative i hit * like it said and it was invalid???????? and hung up on me because I exhausted my attempts.... This is the worst company ever!!!!
