~Whatever: Took the megabus from NYC to Baltimore at *:** am, only to find out that it is making multiple stops, meaning they are picking up more people in the process, leading to a full bus. If this was communicated on the website, I would not have chosen this time. This was a FULL bus, as the attendants accepted cash for tickets to make sure those who were sleeping were rudely awakend by them to fill a seat. People buy these late night rides for the fact that it's not a full bus! Not to mention holding up the progress of the long trip! We were over an hour last the arrival time. Please stop the multi pick up! Think abt the customer experience!
