~mary: My daughter is **yrs old and is always rides the megabus to and from Houston tx to baton rouge la never have they ever told me that she would need and id...she is still in high school....now they tell me I can not get a refund do to her not riding the bus at her scheduled time when she was there to ride the bus on time....I can not reschedule due to them telling me that she would need an id I mentioned it to the reps because I did speak to a few and they are all rude very unprofessional customer service no one wants to help or give advise on what to do all the one wanna do is hurry up and rush you off of the phone..... I don't think its fair that I lost my money
