Overall Metro sucks. Customer service by phone is a joke. AND, purchase of a phone at a Metro store is worse. I bought a new Metro phone, it broke before 2 months. The store where I bought it said they could not help me, I had to take it OUT OF TOWN to a corporate store for replacement. What crap. Metro customers will eventually rise up like the populous of Egypt did. Metro will improve or be overthrown by the Boost or Walmart competition.
