GetHuman-313367: Terrible. First, the agent could not hear me, but did not tell me this, so I sat there waiting for him to reply. I finally asked if he heard me and his said not exactly. there was some static on the line. So I called back and got the same agent. He transferred me to customer support, which meant I got an earfull of terrible music so loud that I nearly dropped the phone. I put the phone down and could clearly hear the on hold music. It stopped, so I picked up the phone again and got another deafening blast as it started up again. Then I got a recording telling me the wait would be at least fifteen minutes, and suggesting I look for help online. No explanation of where to look. And there was a request that I punch the keys to tell them what model X-Box I had. I did not have an X-Box. I have a Windows phone. So either the agent sent me to the wrong place or they send everybody to X-Box regardless of what their problem is.
