It's "assumed" the area manager has addressed the property manager on his unprofessional verbal abuse of our employees, inappropriate use of power...and the area manager most likely won't contact us!?!? How is the property manager held accountable, and how is Motel * redeemed? At this point I will avoid future stays. Super * Here we come!
