~dh: I waited ** minutes to deal with a billing issue (they continue to bill me despite confirmation that I cancelled service two months ago after moving). I finally got through and the rep said she is only allowed to take emergency calls even though this was a general call center...her supervisor said because it was a busy day that could not deal with billing at this time and I would have to call back later.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting National Grid (formerly KeySpan). On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a National Grid (formerly KeySpan) problem?
~dh: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dh: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about National Grid (formerly KeySpan)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dh: For that I would say four out of five.
