~Also Very Pissed: Been trying for two weeks either they were busy and line automatically hung up or then they were closed cuz blizzard, and now back to busy no option to hold no matter what time of day I call or how many times I call.Last time I got through to someone a month ago, I waited ** minutes on hold only for when rep answered, she was very short with me and vague, not very informative, and rushed me of the phone, they told me if I didn't recieve notice in ** days to contact them, it's been over * months and I've received nothing, no contact, and can't get through to call! They need to hire more people.This is ridiculous !!!!!
