~mrtownsend: I contacted NetZero to cancel my mother's Internet account and was pleasantly surprised at how relative easy it was. Of course, I did get a question or two as to why I was cancelling, but the customer service agent was friendly and didn't continue pushing when I explained the circumstances.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NetZero. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NetZero problem?
~mrtownsend: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mrtownsend: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mrtownsend: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~mrtownsend: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
