~Annonymous: I needed info on my mail and ride account. After dialing *** and spending * minutes to get to mail and ride, no one anzwered the phone and I got a message which said all operators were busy and then was disconnected. I tried this * times. Why can't you just get put in a queue? Also, it takes forever to get *** to get you to mail and ride. Why can't we just have a direct number to dial?

~Annonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about New York MTA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
