~Nissan Juke 2014: called to find amount of outstanding balance on Finance. Representative could not find account with SIN * or VIN number. Representative had a thick southern accent which made it difficult her difficult to understand. I had to give her my VIN * * times and each time it was read back to me incorrectly. At this point I presumed this particular representative was incapable to helping me so I asked to be transferred but instead she said to just call back. Would it have helped to have my account *? Sure but either way I think their system should have been able to find my account with my SIN and VIN *
