~pissedinseymour: I called to ask if it is nissans policy to let a warehouse have discretion on who they ship parts to. I told them not to call the dealership that was ordering the part but call the dealership that told me that the warehouse in Chicago would not ship parts sometimes without reason making customers wait a week or more for the part they need. I can not believe the complete incompetence of your people and how they think opps sorry for the mistake and your irritation and how they understand my concerns and yet they did call the dealership that gave me the information or the warehouse in question and how they did not think that this was going on like they knew without investigating the concern. and how their going to close the case was anything else they could help me with. if this is how you treat your customers then you just lost one for I will not buy another Nissan. if you would like to explain to me your employees complete mishandling of this you can call me at ***-***-****.
