~Anonymous: I received an email stating I received my package only a few hours after I purchased the item. I emailed, no response. I called & the agent stated I wasn't able to track my package because I needed to use DHL website. My tracking number still says it doesn't exist on both the DHL website and when you click on the link provided in the email that takes you to the USPS website.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Choxi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Choxi problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Choxi customers?
~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
