~very unhappy: Yup. It was morning, on November 18th.

~very unhappy: This is the forth time I have contacted them, my shipments still hasnt come a month later. and all they keep saying is "they're going to contact their manufacturing partner and it'll be about six days" so im getting no where.

GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~very unhappy: For that I would say four out of five.

~very unhappy: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
