~Anonymous: I sold my house over * wk ago and they still have not given my attorney exact payoff amount! It was requested on Nov **th! So it still shows I have a mortgage with them! Customer service was ridiculous to get hold of. And when I finally did she was condescending and rude and completely unhelpful! Still no answers! I will be filing a complaint with the FBI who is investigating their practices.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
