“It was like something out of a "Hello my name Peggy" Discover commercial. I had 1 box in a 2 box shipment get lost along the way. Each box had its own tracking number. The DEFINITELY off-shore call center folks cannot understand that Box 2 is lost and keep saying it was delivered. They authorized a replacement then cancelled it the next day. Still no Box 2.”
