~ph1642: Horrible company to get your prescriptions from. Sent script for insulin over a month ago. Still had not been shipped, *-**-**. Call every day. Nobody can tell me exactly when it will be shipped. Now I am out of insulin because of the delay. Still no response as to how long. Very frustrating. Will change in December.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ph1642: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ph1642: For that I would say three out of five.
