~amtlow: I have used other FSA accounts before and had no problems but with Payflex there are constant problems!! They are always requesting to have us send EOB...I understand that they need to make sure that we are using the card for what it is intended for but when the companies are medical offices and lab companies it irritates me! I have other things to do during my day than to spend it on the phone trying to track down EOBs to report to them! I will not be signing up for them again! I strongly recommend that someone rethink before using them as a FSA company!!!
